A walk in the woods. Fresh and natural herbs. Trickling streams. The smell of moss. A roof of sparkling leaves. A sparkling, fresh drink with notes of citrus, ginger, and pine. A great aperitif that also pairs well with seafood, smoked fish, cured meats.
How it’s made
The aromatic flavors of the forest, extracted and captured in a bottle. Fermented infusion of spruce shoots, lemon grass, yarrow and birch leaves. The ingredients come from their network of Norwegian foragers and farmers who cultivate in line with nature's premises.

Seafood, smoked fish, cured meats, grilled or sautéed vegetables, white meat, sushi and other Japanese dishes, as well as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and similar Asian dishes.

How it’s made
Meticulously crafted by infusing each of the herbs individually to extract the right quality of the birch leaves, rosemary, and lemongrass, and then all ingredients g through a short fermentation to create structure and balance.
