At Less Than 0.5%, we take great care in selecting and packing our products. As a small business working with delicate and limited-release beverages, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To process your claim, we kindly ask that you:

  • Include your order number

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage

We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange for either a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s).
