Organic wine grapes, wild herbs, wood, minerals, seaweed and fermentation techniques form the basis of a funky journey along wild mineral cliffs, herbal mown fields and smoky dried berries. Juicy tannins, full and dry, with an aromatic volcanic terroir. Lively red fruit, wood, with a subtle effervescence. Produced from organic wine grapes, rhubarb and red currant on oak and kombucha. Aromas of blackberry leaf, hibiscus and cocoa. A non-alcoholic wine alternative.
