The aromatic flavors of the forest, extracted and captured in a bottle. Fermented infusion of spruce shoots, lemon grass, yarrow and birch leaves. A sparkling, fresh drink with notes of citrus, ginger and pine needles. The ingredients come from our network of Norwegian harvesters and farmers who cultivate in line with nature's premises.
FJELL 01
A sparkling fresh non-alcoholic beverage based on wild lingonberries, meticulously crafted with a infusion of birch leaves, rosemary, and lemongrass from Bergsmyrene Farm. It has a refreshing taste with a lightly bitter aftertaste. A perfect alternative to red wine without trying to be red wine. Equally delightful at a picnic as it is beside a cozy fireplace. The complexity of the drink makes it perfect for pairing with food. Excellent with game, grilled dishes and barbecue, and chocolate desserts.
ENG 02
Here the delicious, lush flower meadows are celebrated. A sparkling, fresh drink with mature flavours. Notes of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, almond and citrus. ENG (Meadow) is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants Meadowsweet, Fireweed and Sweet Vernal Grass, collected by our network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway. Combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud farm in Oslo.
